The DCL-Ex10 explosion-proof electric actuator supports a maximum adjustable rotation angle of 360°, making it widely applicable in hazardous locations with flammable and explosive gases including ethylene and ethanol.

To secure reliable explosion-proof performance, the flameproof joint surfaces between housing covers and cylinder stops are precisely machined in full compliance with strict UL standards regarding flameproof gap dimensions and engagement lengths. Given the vital importance of machining precision, DCL adopts stricter internal dimensional tolerances than specified in UL criteria, and conducts comprehensive inspections on all actuator main bodies and covers before assembly.

This actuator is equipped with an in-house developed fully enclosed non-ventilated motor featuring high starting torque. Boasting an ultra-compact structure alongside superior heat dissipation design, it effectively controls motor internal temperature rise under heavy-load working conditions, keeping the outer shell surface temperature steadily below 135°C (275°F) and eliminating potential external ignition risks.
